Reporting to the Global Head of Finance Shared Services and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for the delivery of high profile PMO programmes including revenue improvements, cost reduction and acquisition onboarding.

European Finance Director
Reporting to the Global Corporate Controller leading a team of 9 finance team members and outsourced suppliers in Spain, Switzerland, Hungary and Italy and other Permanent Establishments in Europe.Ā Circa $30mm Annual Revenue.Ā Named Executive Director of all European Entities.
- Successful resolution of inherited compliance issues.
- Implementation of compliant Transfer Pricing methods within complex intercompany servicing models.
- Standardisation of Reporting within the region.
July 2013 – April 2016.
Head of International Accounting
Responsible for leading of team of 6 accountants across 2 countries to deliver day-to-day accounting operations, Month End Close, Internal Reporting, Local Statutory Accounts, Tax Filings, and US SEC Reporting.
- Close assistant to Corporate Controller, focused on SEC Reporting for a NASDAQ listed company.
- Changed culture to ensure team objectives were regularly achieved.
- Implemented multiple system and process improvements to reduce Close cycle from 30 to 7 days.
September 2012 – March 2013.
Head of Financial Control (Temporary Contract)
Hired to turn around a dysfunctional function following a poorly executed financial system conversion resulting from a demerger. Managed a team of 17 people in international locations.
- Led project to resolve group Balance Sheet issues and implement of Reconciliation software.
- Key contributor to a successful annual group audit.
- Led transition project to close down London team and recruit new team in Manchester
August 1992 – July 2011
Global Finance Project Leader (July 2010 ā July 2011)
Appointed to position after a successful handover of previous roles.Ā Challenged to identify Controllership weaknesses and implement process & system improvements.
Financial Controller (September 2009 ā July 2010)
Responsible for setting up and then leading the Headquarter Controllership Accounting Team following a business reorganisation and creation of a global HQ in Paris.
